உஷாளினி தந்தை வெளியிடும் திடுக்கிடும் தகவல்கள்! தடுமாறும் இராணுவம்

தற்போது இணையங்களில் வெளியாகியுள்ள படங்களில் இசைப்பிரியாவுடன் காணப்படுபவர் எனக் கருதப்படும் உஷாளினி குறித்து அவரது தந்தையார் குணபாலசிங்கம் (மல்லாவி, யோகபுரம்) தெரிவித்த தகவல்கள் வருமாறு:- “2008 ஆம் ஆண்டு வீட்டுக்கு ஒருவர் போராட்டத்தில் இணைய வேண்டும் என்று விடுதலைப் புலிகள் தெரிவித்திருந்த சமயம் எனது மூத்த மகளாகிய உஷாளினியை அவர்கள் பிடித்துச் சென்றனர்.

யுத்தம் தீவிரமடைந்து நாங்கள் இடம்பெயர்ந்து, முள்ளிவாய்க்காலுக்குச் சென்றிருந்தபோது ஒருநாள் எனது மகளைக் கண்டேன். அப்போது அவரைத் எம்முடன் வருமாறு கேட்டோம். அவர் வரவில்லை. அதன்பின்னர் யுத்தம் முடிவடைந்து நாங்கள் இடம்பெயர்ந்து செட்டிக்குளம் மெனிக்பாம் இடைத்தங்கல் முகாமுக்கு வந்திருந்த போது எமது மகளைத் தேடியபோதிலும் அவர் கிடைக்கவில்லை.

அதனால் செஞ்சிலுவைச் சர்வதேசக் குழுவிடமும் மற்றும் மனித உரிமைகள் ஆணைக் குழுவிடமும் அவரைத் தேடிக் கண்டுபிடித்துத் தருமாறு கோரி முறையிட்டோம். அண்மையில் கிளிநொச்சி மாவட்டத்தில் காணாமல் போயுள்ளவர்கள் தொடர்பில் விசாரணை நடத்திய ஜனாதிபதி ஆணைக்குழுவிடமும் காணாமல் போயுள்ள எனது மகளைத் தேடித்தருமாறு நாங்கள் கோரினோம். ஆயினும் எமது மகள் பற்றிய தகவல்கள் எதுவும் தெரியாத நிலையில் சில தினங்களுக்கு முன்னர் உள்ளூர் பத்திரிகையொன்றில் இசைப்பிரியாவுடன் காப்பரண் ஒன்றினுள் எனது மகள் இருக்கும் படத்தைக் கண்டேன்.

இது தொடர்பில் ஜனாதிபதி ஆணைக்குழுவில் நான் சாட்சியமளிப்பதற்கான ஏற்பாடுகளைச் செய்து உதவிய மன்னார் பிரஜைகள் குழுவினரிடம் முறையிடவுள்ளோம்.” – என்றார் அவர். இசைப்பிரியா இராணுவத்தின் பிடியில் இருந்தார் என்றும் பின்னர் அவர் இறந்து கிடந்தார் என்றும் வெளிப்படுத்தும் காணொலிகள் வெளியாகிப் பரபரப்பை ஏற்படுத்தியிருந்தன. இந்த நிலையில் இப்போது அவர் இராணுவ பங்கர் ஒன்றுக்குள் உயிருடன் இருப்பது போன்ற புகைப்படம் வெளியாகி மேலும் பரபரப்பை அதிகரித்துள்ளது. இந்த தகவல்கள் குறித்து இலங்கை இராணுவத்தின் சார்பில் பேசவல்ல அதிகாரியான பிரிகேடியர் ருவான் வணிகசூரியவிடம் கேட்டபோது, இப்படியான படங்கள் குறித்து எழுந்தமானமாக எதுவும் கூறமுடியாது என்றும், அவை குறித்து ஆராயும் குழு அவற்றை முழுமையாக ஆராய்ந்தபின்னரே அவை குறித்து ஏதும் கூறமுடியும் என்றும் தெரிவித்துள்ளார்.

Intelligence officers questions Ushalini's parents

Officers of the state intelligence unit visit the house of Ushalini at Yogapuram, Mallavi, Mullaitivu.

Officers have questioned her family members and conduct further inquiries about Ushalini. Intelligence officials were accompanied by military personals, sources said. Parents identify the girl next to Issaipriya Parents says the girl sitting next to Shobana Dharmaraja alias Issaipriya , is there eldest daughter Ushalini Gunalingam resident of Mallavu, Mullaitivu. During the last stage of war we visited to Mulliwaikal. Our daughter Ushalini was disappeared on first week on May 2009. Since our resettlement we have informed various officials about disappearance about our daughter. We recorded our statement at the sitting of presidential commission on disappeared personals at Killinochchie recently. We have two daughters and two sons. Ushalini is eldest of the family born on January 7, 1990 at Mallavi Yogapuram. Up to grade six she followed her studies at the Mallawi Palali Nagar Mahavidiyalayam and later on continued her studies in the Killinochchie Central Collage. While studying G.C.E. Advance Level she was forcibly joined to LTTE movement in 2008. Since that day we cannot receive further details about our daughter. Once again in year 2009 we met her at Mulliwaikal area. On May 17, 2009 we all were settled down at the Chettikulam Manikfarm camp. During this time we were unaware about our daughter’s situation. Weather she is alive or not? We filed complaint about our daughter at the Red Cross in Vavuniya and Human Rights Commission at Kurumankaadu. On March 3rd, 2010, Man from Mallawi area paid visit to our house and said our daughter was alive and detained at the 4th floor (CID office) in Colombo. He also handed over letter written by Ushalini on urging money for her release and further expenditure. We strongly trusted the man and handed over Rs. 1million cash and pair of earrings to our daughter. Yet we didn’t release any informations about our daughter. We appeared before the sitting of presidential commission appointed to hold investigations on disappeared persons at Killinochchie and recorded evident about our daughter. On May 19th we found our daughter’s photograph was published in media, where she sits next to Issaipriya. At present we believe that our daughter is still alive.
